We're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehab team at South Ogden Post-Acute Rehab in South Ogden, UT. In This Role, You Will: Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship We're Looking For: A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Utah A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly Someone who is organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative setting Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required) What We Offer: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits A supportive therapy culture with up to $750/year continuing education reimbursement A supportive, employee-first culture where you can grow! Requirements
- A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Utah
- A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly
- Someone who is organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative setting
