New therapists receive: Strong integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the PT, you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting, including: Gait training and functional mobility Transfer training (all levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically complex patients Discharge planning and care coordination Supervision of a PTA (as needed) Collaboration with nursing, OT, ST, and facility staff Apply today - we're actively interviewing.

Requirements

  • Current Washington PT license in good standing
  • Degree from an accredited PT program
  • Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
  • Ability to supervise a PTA

Nice To Haves

  • SNF experience preferred - but not required. New grads are welcome, and we provide structured training and mentorship.
