Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines/Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in personal and/or commercial lines insurance.
• Proficiency in insurance software, with experience in EZLynx preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A stable work history with no significant employment gaps (6+ months).
• Ability to commute to the Alexandria, VA office.
• Remote candidates or those unwilling to commute will not be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Life & Health (L&H) license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal and commercial lines accounts (75% standard personal lines, 25% small to mid-sized commercial accounts)
• Handle tasks such as certificates of insurance, renewals, and setting appointments.
• Quote new and renewal business.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
