As a Licensed Customer Service Representative – P&C, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for insured members, providing high-quality inbound service while protecting and strengthening client relationships. You’ll handle routine inquiries, process policy updates, resolve billing and coverage questions, and ensure accurate documentation within insurance provider systems and workflows. At the same time, you’ll identify coverage gaps, uncover growth opportunities, and proactively schedule referrals to internal licensed specialists; directly contributing to retention, cross-sell success, and long-term member loyalty. All responsibilities are performed within established quality, compliance, and performance standards.
