About The Position
Mental Health Therapist Position: Full-Time Location: Austin, TX Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are recruiting a Texas-licensed Mental Health Therapist to join a telehealth program serving clients throughout the state. Working remotely from Austin or surrounding areas, you’ll provide scheduled sessions, structured follow-up, and collaborate with a clinical supervisor for oversight.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active Texas license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
- Prior clinical therapy experience
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual telehealth therapy sessions
- Perform assessments and create treatment plans
- Review clinical concerns and risk issues with a supervising therapist
- Keep accurate, up-to-date clinical notes and documentation
- Attend virtual supervision and team meetings
