Requirements

MUST BE WILLING, ABLE AND WANTING TO WORK MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS ONLY
Must be a fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in NC)
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Passion for working with children (age 5+) and families
Experience or interest in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Focus on client care, with administrative tasks handled by a dedicated team
Work alongside OTs, PTs, SLPs, and educators to provide holistic, whole-person care for children and families
Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics
