About The Position

Mid Mountain Insurance Agency (MMIA), a Fortegra company, is actively seeking a licensed, high-performing Insurance Agent with experience in manufactured homes insurance. We’re looking for a sales-driven professional who’s hungry for growth, comfortable making cold calls, and ready to take full advantage of MMIA’s specialized product portfolio and support infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing agency with the resources of an established carrier. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, outbound calling, networking, and referrals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of P&C insurance trends, compliance, and product offerings Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track pipeline performance Deliver excellent customer service to retain and grow client relationships Provide expert advice on coverage options specific to manufactured homes The above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to the job. Requirements

  • Active insurance license(s) in Property & Casualty (multi-state preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and disciplined with strong follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in insurance sales
  • Pre-existing book of business that can be transitioned to MMIA
