About The Position
We are currently seeking a compassionate LICSW for a full-time remote role offering telehealth services. This position will allow you to engage with clients, provide treatment, and contribute to their long-term mental health improvements—all while working from home.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- LICSW certification in Massachusetts
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality therapy to clients remotely
- Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing assessments
- Ensure all client records are accurate and maintained in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Provide crisis management when needed, offering timely interventions
- Collaborate with other clinical staff to improve patient outcomes
