About The Position
Looking for an LICSW with experience in telehealth to join our team! This role will allow you to work remotely, helping clients from Massachusetts manage their mental health and well-being through virtual therapy sessions. Your skills will directly improve lives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- LICSW certification in Massachusetts
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and create personalized treatment strategies
- Provide therapeutic services via telehealth platforms
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Document patient progress and revise treatment plans when necessary
