About The Position
Join our growing telehealth team as a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide high-quality therapy to individuals across Massachusetts. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on clients’ mental health and well-being from the comfort of your own home.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- LICSW certification in Massachusetts
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and support through video and phone sessions
- Develop treatment goals and conduct assessments
- Manage case files and maintain up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
- Adhere to all HIPAA and state regulations in practice
