Requirements

Master’s Degree in a related field
Active Kentucky licensure as one of the following: LPCC LCSW LMFT LCADC
Experience working with Substance Use Disorders preferred
A heart for service and belief in recovery

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group counseling
Assess substance use diagnoses using DSM criteria
Determine appropriate levels of care using ASAM criteria
Develop treatment plans and discharge/continuum of care plans
Maintain clinical documentation and caseload management
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Coordinate care with referral sources (legal, school, employer, etc.)
Provide crisis intervention support
Uphold Pinnacle policies and federal confidentiality laws (42-CFR, Part 2)
