About The Position
You’ll support clients through structured online sessions, from first assessment to ongoing follow-up. The focus is on clear communication, realistic planning, and steady progress over time.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health–related field
- Background in outpatient or community-based mental health
- Ability to manage a structured schedule from a home office
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy via secure video platform
- Complete intake interviews, diagnostics, and risk screens
- Build treatment plans with clients and revise as needed
- Keep timely, compliant documentation in the EMR
- Attend virtual clinical meetings or reviews when scheduled
