About The Position

This telehealth position focuses on steady, structured therapy with New Jersey residents. You’ll support clients through life transitions, stress, and ongoing mental health concerns, all from a remote setup.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or MFT
• Experience with individual therapy in a clinical setting
• Strong written communication for clear documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one therapy over secure video
• Complete intake and diagnostic interviews
• Build treatment plans that break goals into clear steps
• Document sessions and treatment updates in the EMR
• Escalate safety concerns according to company policies
• Join online meetings to review outcomes and service quality
