About The Position

Support North Carolina residents through consistent, video-based therapy. You’ll work with a regular caseload and a clear framework for assessment, planning, and ongoing care.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Experience providing individual therapy to adults and/or teens
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort using telehealth platforms

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and risk screenings via telehealth
• Provide weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions
• Collaborate with clients on personalized treatment plans
• Maintain up-to-date notes and documentation in the EMR
• Join remote team meetings and peer consultations
• Coordinate with other providers when clinically indicated
