Requirements

• Active Utah license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or MFT
• Prior therapy experience in a clinical context
• Comfortable balancing autonomy and teamwork in a remote model

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments and clinical evaluations online
• Provide recurring therapy sessions via secure video platform
• Collaborate with clients on focused treatment plans
• Keep timely clinical notes and treatment updates
• Join virtual clinical meetings for shared case review
• Contribute to improving telehealth practices from a clinician’s perspective
