About The Position
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Location: Clovis, NM Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary Provide telehealth therapy to clients across New Mexico. This role includes assessments, ongoing therapy sessions, treatment planning, and consistent EMR documentation.
Requirements
- Active New Mexico license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong organization and writing skills
Responsibilities
- Provide secure video therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
- Maintain treatment plans and progress notes
- Participate in consults and trainings
- Follow safety escalation procedures
