About The Position

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We’re seeking an LCSW to support an outpatient-level remote program serving clients across Nevada. You’ll provide ongoing therapy, assist with care planning, and help maintain clear communication and follow-up for clients throughout their time in services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Nevada LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or telehealth settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telehealth therapy for a defined outpatient caseload.
• Conduct intake, follow-up, and discharge assessments as required.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate referrals, evaluations, and additional services.
• Keep detailed, timely documentation of all encounters and care plans.
• Participate in monitoring clinical outcomes and support program reporting.
• Offer feedback on clinical workflows to help improve the client experience.
