Requirements
- Active Texas LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience in outpatient or community mental health
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Document sessions in compliance with clinical standards
- Track outcomes and client progress
- Collaborate with care coordinators when needed
