About The Position
We’re seeking a Tennessee-licensed therapist for a full-time telehealth position. You’ll provide video sessions, complete assessments, and keep treatment plans and notes current for continuity of care. This role is best for clinicians who want weekday structure and clear expectations.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee license: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong documentation and organization skills
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete intake assessments and diagnostic impressions
- Maintain treatment plans and progress documentation in the EMR
- Follow risk screening and escalation protocols
- Participate in consults and clinical meetings
- Support documentation quality tasks as assigned
