Requirements
- Active Montana LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment models
- Ability to manage time effectively in a remote role
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
- Provide structured supervision to licensed and associate-level clinicians
- Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with risk assessments and clinical escalations
- Contribute to training and professional development initiatives
