About The Position

Requirements
- Active Kentucky LCSW license
- Master’s degree in social work or related field
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
- EHR documentation experience
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Follow Kentucky licensing and clinical standards
