About The Position

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Emeryville, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year | Full Benefits | W2 Position Summary: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides short-term, solution-focused therapy to adults within a primary care environment. This position supports the delivery of accessible, evidence-based mental health care across the Oakland community, with a focus on collaboration and continuity of care.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology Doctorate.
Active California license (LCSW/Psychologist) or registration as ASW/AMFT.
Minimum one year of clinical experience in adult mental health care.
Working knowledge of evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in community or integrated health care.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments and deliver brief, structured therapy.
Coordinate treatment planning with medical providers and behavioral health staff.
Offer culturally responsive care and participate in case consultations.
Facilitate group sessions as assigned.
Manage documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical standards.
