About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) for a full-time remote role supporting clients through telehealth across Maryland. The counselor in this position will provide therapy, assess mental health concerns, guide treatment planning, and keep clear clinical records. This is a strong fit for someone who wants a predictable weekday schedule while continuing to deliver thoughtful and effective care.

Requirements

• Active LCPC license in the state of Maryland
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions
• Assess symptoms, history, and treatment needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals
• Document sessions and maintain complete client records
• Provide ongoing support and monitor treatment progress
