About The Position

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join a remote mental health team serving clients throughout Maryland. This position focuses on providing therapy through telehealth, helping clients navigate personal, emotional, and behavioral challenges in a consistent and professional care setting. The role includes counseling sessions, treatment planning, case documentation, and clinical follow-through.

Requirements

• Active LCPC license in the state of Maryland
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual counseling sessions
• Evaluate client concerns and identify treatment needs
• Build treatment plans with practical and measurable goals
• Keep session notes and records up to date
• Maintain a steady caseload and support continuity of care
• Use sound clinical judgment during routine and urgent situations
