In this role, you will meet with individuals through secure virtual platforms, assess mental health needs, create treatment plans, and support clients through consistent, goal-focused therapy. Requirements

• Active LCPC license in the state of Maryland
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals when needed
• Use evidence-based counseling approaches based on client needs
• Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when appropriate
• Coordinate care with other providers when needed
