About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to provide ongoing therapy services to adults through a remote care model. This position focuses on consistent client engagement, practical treatment planning, and measurable progress, all within a predictable weekday schedule.
Requirements
- Active Vermont LCMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or mental health-related field
- Experience delivering outpatient mental health therapy
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions using secure telehealth tools
- Perform clinical evaluations and establish treatment goals
- Document sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Apply evidence-based interventions aligned with client needs
- Maintain compliance with Vermont licensure and telehealth rules
