About The Position
This position is focused on delivering steady, one-on-one mental health care through telehealth. As an LCMHC, your day will involve scheduled therapy sessions, clear documentation standards, and ongoing client progress work—without in-office responsibilities or unpredictable hours.
Requirements
- Active Vermont LCMHC license
- Master’s degree in counseling or a related mental health field
- Experience in outpatient or virtual therapy settings
- Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload
Responsibilities
- Hold individual therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform
- Complete clinical assessments and structured treatment plans
- Document sessions accurately and within required timeframes
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches
- Follow Vermont licensure and telehealth practice requirements
