Requirements
- Active Vermont LCMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or mental health field
- Previous outpatient or telehealth therapy experience
- Strong clinical judgment and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth systems
- Complete assessments and create treatment plans
- Document sessions accurately and on time
- Use evidence-based therapeutic methods
- Comply with Vermont licensing and telehealth standards
