Foster a warm and knowledgeable environment that encourages repeat visits. Share a comprehensive knowledge of cannabis-related topics, current trends, and impart valuable information to customers. Provide leadership in managing inventory, opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures. Share feedback and insight on product trends, customer feedback, and propose operational improvements to drive the business. Your Strengths: You are welcoming and inclusive of others, value individual differences, and love being part of a winning team. You have experience with operating a point-of-sale system, cash handling, and have meticulous attention to detail. You are great at adapting and multi-tasking, showcasing your ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Capable of managing oneself and supervising others effectively. Demonstrates strong ethical standards and sound judgment in decision-making.
