Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and memorable Liberty experience for every customer and teach, coach, and mentor the team to do the same. Foster a warm and knowledgeable environment that encourages repeat visits. Share a comprehensive knowledge of cannabis-related topics, current trends, and impart valuable information to customers. Provide leadership in managing inventory, opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures. Share feedback and insight on product trends, customer feedback, and propose operational improvements to drive the business.
