Job Purpose: To fulfill the daily tasks of assisting with shipping LFD Format Displays and ensuring that the correct product and correct product quantities are being shipped within BlueStar standards while helping to maintain a clean, safe and harmonious work environment.

Requirements

• Understanding of basic terms and processes involving FTL/LTL and international shipments.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with Bills of Lading and a WMS system.
• Basic Computer and Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Good literacy, math and communication skills, well organized.
• Have the ability to lift 50+ pounds, from floor level to a bench top, and the ability to stand for 8 hours or more each day.
• The ability to read, identify, and comprehend alphanumeric part number schemes up to 30 characters long.

Nice To Haves

• Stand-up Forklift or Pallet Rider experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing "Bill of Ladings" for each shipment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Monitor order reporting to verify orders are Picked, Packed and Shipped in a FIFO manner daily.
• Assist with the organization of the Shipping Dock and Loading Process
• Assist with Picking/Packing large format displays
• Other duties as assigned by LFD Manager.
