The Air Dominance Portfolio is seeing a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Program Controls Analyst to join the Sustainment team. This role offers a growth opportunity for an ambitious individual to work closely with Program Managers (PMs), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Finance Leadership, and Operations Supply Chain (OSC). The Financial Program Controls Analyst will play a critical role in the setup and execution of multiple contracts. Key responsibilities include providing essential financial oversight and guidance to ensure program success. Relocation is not offered for this position.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and/or PowerPoint.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Experience in using ERP Systems ex. SAP Business Systems (PRISM, SAP, AO reporting).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
  • Perform Adhoc Analysis.
  • Tool implementation with process improvement focus.
  • Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, CDRL preparation, variance analysis.
  • Data analysis and Variance development.
