We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Level 1 Claims Manager to lead a team of claims professionals responsible for timely investigation, coverage analysis, liability assessment, and claim resolution. This leader will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality and compliance, support adjuster development, and help drive a positive customer experience. The Level 1 Claims Manager is responsible for supervising a team of claim representatives who investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto and/or casualty claims. This role ensures the team delivers timely, accurate, and customer-focused claim handling while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The manager oversees workflow distribution, quality control, employee development, risk escalation, and operational performance.
