As a Loan Servicing Supervisor, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. you will provide day-to-day operational leadership to a team of approximately 10–15 individual contributors, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of lending operations processes while maintaining strict adherence to established policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and team service level agreements (SLAs). In this role, you will oversee daily workflows, monitor team performance, and provide guidance and support to ensure operational goals, SLAs, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
