Requirements

Experience in consumer lending (credit cards, personal loans, auto loans).
Hands-on proficiency with Velocity (Loan Director).
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical support and domain expertise across consumer lending products.
Work with Velocity (Loan Director) to manage and optimize lending workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and process alignment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in lending applications.
Maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.
