We are seeking an experienced IT Endpoint Analyst to provide hands-on technical support in a full-time, onsite environment in Miami, Florida. This role will focus primarily on Windows-based endpoint support, with additional exposure to enterprise infrastructure and office technology systems. Candidates must be local to the Miami area and available for in-person work Monday through Friday. Position Overview Under limited supervision, the IT Endpoint Analyst provides technical support for the installation, repair, and maintenance of personal endpoint devices and related hardware and software. The role includes troubleshooting complex user issues, documenting resolutions, and escalating specialized matters to appropriate IT teams when necessary. The environment is predominantly Windows-based. Apple experience is considered a plus, though support needs in that area are minimal. This position also includes 'smart hands' infrastructure support. Configuration work will be performed by subject matter experts, while this role focuses on physical installation, hardware mounting, and operational verification.
