Job Description: As a Lending Advisor/Internet Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting potential customers in navigating the prequalification process for auto loans. Your primary responsibilities will include: Guiding applicants through the online prequalification process to determine their eligibility for an auto loan. Ensuring that the prequalification process is completed efficiently and accurately. Serving as the main point of contact for applicants, dealership partners, and internal teams throughout the prequalification and car purchasing process. Communicating effectively with customers to set clear expectations and provide guidance on the car buying journey. Facilitating communication and coordination between all parties involved to finalize the purchase smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in sales or car dealership is preferred, but not required.
