About The Position

We are seeking a bright and motivated individual to provide licensing project management and administrative assistance to the alcohol licensing team in the Legal Department. The role involves supporting compliance specialists through general office tasks and managing state license applications. The successful candidate will work efficiently and independently, handling high volumes of tasks and projects with minimal guidance. They must react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring quick responses and take effective action without needing the complete picture. Creative problem-solving and proactive thinking are essential, especially in scenarios affecting people within the group or related groups. The candidate must exhibit client-service orientation, excellent attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines, superior organizational skills, and adaptability. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information is crucial, along with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels inside and outside the company.

Requirements

  • Solid writing skills and strong verbal communication.
  • Experience in legal support work, especially with admin agencies handling tax and business licenses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum high school diploma required.
  • 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant.

Nice To Haves

  • Legal administrative experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Apply for alcohol licensing.
  • Work with outside counsel and internal teams.
  • Manage mailing of forms.
  • Provide licensing, project management, and administrative assistance to the alcohol licensing team in the Legal Department.
