About The Position

Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary for the Charleston, West Virginia office. The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of organizational skills while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), ProLaw or a similar case management system and previous experience working with a document management system is preferred. Experience in organizing and filing hard copy files is required.
