About The Position

At Job Duck, we are seeking a Legal Sales Specialist who will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their journey with professionalism and empathy. This sales-focused role is essential in helping clients feel supported and informed while ensuring their goals and concerns are clearly understood. Each day, you will connect with individuals through phone calls, Zoom consultations, and follow-ups, guiding them through services while confidently driving them toward a decision. The position blends client care with persuasive sales communication, making it ideal for someone who thrives on building trust, overcoming objections, and converting leads into clients. Requirements

  • Office Hours: 8 AM–5 PM CST (US)
  • Software: Monday.com, Dialpad, Office 365
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales
  • Experience converting leads
  • Experience in sales is MANDATORY
  • The candidate must have a solid background in sales and demonstrate a clear understanding of their performance metrics. They should be able to confidently speak to key indicators such as conversion rate, closing ratio, revenue generated, average deal size, and follow-up effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Selling consultations and guiding potential clients toward booking services.
  • Conduct outreach to web inquiries and leads via phone calls, text messages, and emails
  • Support clients after attorney consultations with timely follow‑up for payments and continuation of services
  • Identify client goals and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Accurately document client information in the CRM system following established procedures and scripts
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all communications are tracked appropriately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
  • Handle first contact with potential clients through phone calls and scheduled Zoom consultations
  • Explain services and processes clearly, ensuring expectations are understood
  • Manage follow‑ups with prospective clients who have not yet moved forward
  • Understand and track key sales metrics, including conversion rate, closing rate, and overall performance.
