Job Description: Join Job Duck as a Bilingual Intake Specialist and play a critical role in setting every new legal client up for success. In this role, you will be the first consistent point of contact after intake, guiding clients through onboarding with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Your days will balance client conversations, precise documentation, and close collaboration with intake and paralegal teams to ensure each case begins with accuracy and momentum. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, takes ownership of their work, and sees feedback as a tool for growth. Responsibilities

  • Label and organize documents according to established procedures
  • Create, organize, and maintain complete and accurate case files in Filevine
  • Gather all required client information and supporting documentation
  • Conduct onboarding calls with new clients and clearly explain next steps and expectations
  • Escalate issues or missing information promptly to the appropriate team
  • Provide clean, thorough handoffs to the paralegal team
  • Ensure onboarding tasks are completed within required timeframes
  • Send Letters of Representation and requests for police reports or photos
