Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a Bilingual After-Hours Intake Specialist who thrives in meaningful client conversations and understands the importance of responsiveness outside traditional business hours. In this role, you will serve as a trusted first point of contact for prospective and current clients, ensuring no opportunity is missed during evenings and weekends. Your daily work will center on answering calls, conducting intakes, scheduling consultations, and following up with leads in a professional and empathetic manner. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities. If you enjoy helping people during critical moments and take pride in clear communication and follow-through, this role offers both impact and purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate lead handoff and provide updates to the daytime intake team
  • Enter and update lead and client information in the CRM or case management system
  • Process payments over the phone while handling sensitive data securely
  • Assist current clients with basic updates, scheduling, and routing needs
  • Follow up with warm leads and callbacks
  • Conduct initial intake calls and gather relevant case information accurately
  • Perform outbound follow-up calls to leads and missed inquiries
  • Guide potential clients through the consultation and hiring process
  • Schedule consultations with attorneys
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective and current clients during after-hours coverage
  • Prepare and submit end-of-day reports detailing activity, outcomes, and pending follow-ups
