About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in sales, client intake, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage a pipeline effectively.
- Professional English (written and spoken).
- Growth-oriented, accountable, and solution-driven.

Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients, building trust quickly and guiding them toward a confident decision to retain legal services.
- Manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain full visibility of your sales pipeline to ensure no opportunity is lost.
- Turn complex and emotional situations into positive outcomes for clients while achieving and exceeding monthly retainer goals.
- Connect with clients during high-stress situations with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
