About The Position

The role involves independently sourcing and identifying talent pipelines for critical roles within the Legal and Public Policy sectors. The successful candidate will calibrate with hiring teams to understand profiles, build pipelines of quality candidates, and fill open positions. This position demands extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, along with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
  • Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the recruiting field.
  • Functional sourcing experience.
  • 2+ years of legal sourcing experience.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Corporate customer experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in ATS and full cycle recruiting.
  • Experience in paralegal counsel roles, corporate counsel roles, and litigation.
