About The Position

CURE Auto Insurance is a leading direct writer of auto insurance in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. As a Legal Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will  support our legal team by managing front-desk operations, handling communications, and  assisting with administrative and clerical functions essential to the smooth operation of the PIP  department.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree, High School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of office administration experience (legal environment preferred)
  • Familiarity with legal terms, documents, and filing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with strong Excel skills)
  • Experience with office technology (printers, copiers, scanners, call systems, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally
  • Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and deliveries
  • Order and maintain office supplies; coordinate equipment repairs
  • Assist in organizing office events
  • Monitor collateral accounts and close out files for storage
  • Maintain PIP department calendars and schedules
  • Prepare and update PIP submission charts
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and drafting  documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
