About The Position

Temp Legal Receptionist | Intake -Personal Injury Law Immediate Work! Long-term temp position starting right away! Use your professional office experience to gain new skills in a law firm specializing in Personal Injury law. Bilingual Spanish| English law firm experience a plus! LOCATION : Vancouver, WA 100% onsite, free parking SALARY : $21-25/hr. Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional office | reception experience required, with strong phone, data entry and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook for scheduling and calendar management
  • Experience with data entry and drafting/customizing letters from templates with high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks (intake, document handling, front desk duties) efficiently
  • This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer and managing front desk responsibilities.
  • Candidates should be comfortable performing light physical tasks such as lifting files or office supplies (up to 15 lbs), as well as frequent walking, reaching, and handling documents.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls, greet clients, and provide a professional front-desk experience (including offering refreshments and preparing conference rooms for meetings/depositions)
  • Conduct new client intake by phone, accurately entering and updating information in the system.
  • Prepare, scan, copy, and organize documents while maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Draft and customize correspondence using templates, ensuring clear, professional communication
