Requirements

  • 1–3 years in legal assistant, paralegal, or legal operations support
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Independent, proactive work style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • SharePoint experience
  • Contract tracking and reporting tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (Legal Studies, Paralegal, Business, or related)
  • Experience supporting in-house legal teams
  • Exposure to CLM, compliance tracking, litigation support, or e-billing
  • Experience supporting executive-level reporting
  • ContractWorks and SimpleLegal (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) intake, tracking, and workflow coordination
  • Maintain contract repository and assist with review coordination
  • Administer legal e-billing and invoice tracking
  • Track insurance claims, litigation, and settlements
  • Monitor real estate leases and key contractual deadlines
  • Support employment-related claims documentation
  • Coordinate materials for executive compliance and board meetings
  • Maintain legal compliance calendars and trackers
  • Conduct basic audits of legal and compliance processes
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Department
