Ontra is seeking a Legal Network Success Operations Manager reporting to our Senior Director, Legal Network. We're looking for someone who can transform complex lawyer and customer data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy and execution. You'll partner closely with the Legal Network, Customer Success, and Operations teams to establish strong data collection processes, optimize tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, and Sigma, and deliver high-quality reporting that supports leadership visibility and business outcomes.
