About The Position

Ontra is seeking a temporary Legal Network Success Manager reporting to our Associate Director, Lawyer Success. This role will support the Legal Network Community Management team by streamlining operational workflows, coordinating key initiatives, and enhancing overall team efficiency. While this position will gain exposure to the Legal Network and lawyer journey, it is primarily operational and administrative in nature, not customer-facing and does not own direct law firm relationships. Requirements

  • Experience & Background: 3+ years of experience in operations, customer success support, project coordination, or administrative roles. Experience in high-volume or process-driven environments is highly valued.
  • Operational Excellence: Highly process-driven with exceptional organizational skills and flawless attention to detail.
  • Systems Fluency: Comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Exposure: Familiarity with SaaS, legal technology, or other complex industries such as financial services is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Sigma or Looker is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Engage directly with lawyers in the network to build strong, supportive relationships that assist in their journey and promote the use of AI-backed technology.
  • Operational Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Network Community Management team to ensure smooth execution of internal workflows and law firm processes.
  • Law Firm Onboarding Coordination: Support the onboarding of new law firms to the Legal Network, coordinating closely with Community Managers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Performance Feedback Tracking: Gather, analyze, and log lawyer performance feedback from client sources (CSAT, NPS) and Customer Success Managers.
  • Compliance & Process Projects: Support Legal Network compliance initiatives and other department-wide operational projects.
  • Knowledge Base & Documentation Management: Assist in organizing and improving the Legal Network Help Center and internal team drives to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Customer Success, Product, and other departments to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
  • Administrative Initiatives: Assist with internal team initiatives such as coordinating law firm communications, gifting, milestone recognition, and other operational activities.
