Legal Intern Job Responsibilities: Work closely with colleagues to meet business objectives and priorities defined by the specific line of business. Gain a greater understanding of a corporate legal department's litigation, compliance, corporate and regulatory functions. Complete legal research and writing projects; assist with subpoena responses and other legal requests; assist with contract review; participate in regulatory compliance meetings and complete other tasks as assigned. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. Accept designated, business-focused projects to complete. Engage with customers or clients and provides excellent service. Learn and becomes proficient on internal software systems. Details: The 2026 program will run Tuesday, May 19th - Friday, August 7th. 40 hours/week, in person, paid summer internship. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in first year of law school, starting second year in the fall of 2026. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
